I took Claudia to the R&D Kitchen recently as I had the good fortune to dine there a few times before. Each and every time I have found the food to be delicious. A special shout out to the Mango Ice Tea. I love this tea and have ordered it every time I've dined at R&D and will continue to do so. It's surprisingly not cloyingly sweet as you would expect from a flavored tea but rather sophisticatedly refreshing with a echo of Mango.
The highlight of our meal was Claudia's 'Osaka Style' Pressed Sushi Sashimi Tuna Stacked with Avocado Spicy Tuna Mix and Rice. Believe me it was as delicious as it looks.
When in Yountville definitely give R & D Kitchen a try. You won't regret it!
