It finally became very clear to me that I should share with my friends and followers the wonderful world of food, wine and restaurants that I have loved for so long. Food has been such a delicious part of my life, so much so, that I spent over thirty years in various forms from restaurant management and wine education. I thank my Father Tom who influenced me at an early age. His world travels introduced me to many cultures and sparked my foodie interest very early in life. Little did I know then the adventure that laid before me. So, come along with me as I explore the dishes, restaurants and wineries of the past, present and future. Bon Appetit!
